某天，看到一个德国人说英语的笑话：

德语有个词叫bekommen，看起来和念起来都挺像英语的become，但前者的意思是“得到”，后者的意思是“成为”。弄混了就出笑话了。所以德国人学英语有个很经典的笑话：
德国人在英国餐厅吃饭，叫了肉排，迟迟不来，于是先用德语问：Wann kann ich das Steak bekommen?（我什么时候才能得到肉排？），服务生听不懂，然后这位老大就用英语问：When can I become the steak?（我什么时候才能变成肉排？）服务生大吃一惊，回答：I hope never（我希望永远也不会）

巧的是，第二天我就收到一封德国人的邮件，摘录几句：

If you arrive to the main door, you will become your visitor pass from the doorman.

呵呵，鉴于此人可能成为我的boss，我就不笑了。
